There are sure a lot of new constructions in Kyle, but how fast will the growth in population to move into those houses. Is there a housing bubble?

Kyle is the fastest growing city in Hays county and among the fastest growing in the country! Some of the growth is coming from people moving out of Austin to where it is more affordable as well as people relocating here and choosing to buy where it is more affordable.

What’s the property tax rate in crosswinds? And if there’s MUD taxes what’s yearly amount?

2.7 MUD included

In 2023 it was 2.63, which included the .9 for the MUD.
