I didn't have those cute little clamps, so I used several fat books to hold the screen in place. I used T-7000 glue and if you are Lilliputian or have a microscope, it says to allow to cure for 48 hours. Thanks!!

Thanks for the upload. One question...must you remove all the upper parts (motherboard, camera ect) to replace screen. Looks like you can do this without removing all the components.

Is the Glass and LCD saperate? In your video , it seems like you replaced both and that they were not separable. However the shop that I asked had separate prices for the glass and LCD.
