You produce great videos! They have just the right amount of background music and narration and you’re in an awesome Sling! I’m a Mooney driver and hope to someday build and fly a TSI.

What oxygen system are you using?

We us the OxyGo Next Oxygen Concentrators. They work great.

@@JasonBroesder I've heard most oxygen concentrators don't work well at higher altitude except for ones specifically made for aviation, e.g. Aithre. What altitude are these rated for?
@JasonBroesder
@JasonBroesder Ай бұрын
We use ours set to 6 for both of us and have flown for hours at 17,500. We check our oxygen concentration about every 15-20 minutes and always stay above 90% unless we get too talkative.

Decalin lead scavenger. The Rotax engine prefers unleaded fuel but our airport only sells 100LL so I always add Decalin.

Jason, I have a contract on a Sling Tsi. What ebikes do you guys have and how is it getting them into and out of the back seat?
@JasonBroesder
@JasonBroesder 4 ай бұрын
We love our Sling. We use two Jetson e-bikes we got from Costco. I believe they weigh 42 pounds each so they are a little cumbersome but they fit in the back without having to fold the backseats down. We actually had a couple of carrying cases made for them to avoid dirt and possible rips in the upholstery.
@dgmcfadden2006
@dgmcfadden2006 4 ай бұрын
@@JasonBroesder I’ve been looking at e-bikes in that size and just wondered how it was getting them up there and inside the gull wings. Didn’t seem like you had much trouble but the video was very fast. Good idea on the bags. I flew to KTOA to pickup the plane last week and there was some undisclosed (very minor) damage that they are repairing right now. So looks like next week I’m headed back out to get it and fly it back to Texas.
@JasonBroesder

@@dgmcfadden2006 I'm sure you will enjoy your TSi when you pick it up. When I push the front seat-backs forward the gull wing doors provide plenty of room to place the e-bikes in the back seat and retrieve them. It really isn't a problem at all.
