I wish you wouldn't have ruined the video with the really fast movements. It makes it hard to really take it in. I am interested in this home, but didn't enjoy the way the video is filmed.

Sorry, but I do not work with rentals, only buyers and sellers of homes. There are a bunch of new apartments in Spokane so should be a wide rage of rental rates. Good luck!

this video is >2 years old. Water was shut off after the video was shot, repairs have been made and the house sold.

Paul, great question. It's because it is a completely updated house in a neighborhood full of homes that may not be, and they price is right.

Through my prior career in the hotel business I lived in Chicago (2X), Atlanta, Dayton, and Orange County & LA and Spokane is truly a gem for those that do not need to live in a major city. Our quality of life is GREAT, and home prices below national average. If you'd like to start investing here we should talk - I have 6-7 investors I work with and always watching that market.
