Sounds completely wonderful. I got so much out of the in person PEACE course at Applewood a couple of years ago and it is still resonating with me now. I'm loving the idea of diving deeper into the Eight Shields model too. Blessing to you all

Great to see Jon's name pop up again. My family visited Jon's Red Bank restaurant often in the early 80s. My daughter Katie, then about 7 years old, was one of Jon's star tracking pupils. The 8 Shields concept appeared in discussions at the Regenerate Cascadia event the past few weeks.

Beautifully described tool for our intuition/desires to manifest something important. I've found myself stuck in "analysis paralysis" when it comes to decisions small and large. I often feel that I'm swimming upstream, when I know I just need to learn how to sail. This book is on my reading list. I really appreciate this being shared.

Such a lush video, thanks Looby : ) We have had Tawny chicks here in the woods where I live for the last few years, and I've heard them a lot, but never seen them, so thanks for revealing their fluffy, flappy selves to me! Sadly theree doesnt seem to be any here this year... Much fewer owl calls in general : (

The Owl and the Fiddler. Great eggplant parmigiana and pear crunch. I worked there with my sister Maryann. Hi Jon! Need to come and visit Lake County.

Loved this film could also hear the cuckoo calling at one point what happened to the other chick do you know? I read that owls cannot be out in rain they get water logged poor things.

yes there was a cuckoo calling. There are still 2 chicks, you can hear the other one in the background replying.

I noticed this recently. Due to CV19 and spending so much time at home, I finished many projects that had built up over months or years. Getting them finished removed what felt like a wall of impossibility... Thank you Looby for putting this into words.

This is great. For me, 'don't give yourself a hard time' could be a whole course in itself! I've found it hard in the past to observe objectively how effective I am, and recognise when I am doing enough. I guess this might be where 'CBT' type techniques could come in to play (identifying unhelpful thoughts associated with negative feelings & self-beliefs, and analysing where they come from) in helping me to recognise and hone in on that authentic 'effective' feeling!

Hi Looby - please redo this with clearer sound, if you can. Also helps if you are a bit further away from the camera!

This integral design involves alot of intention and time spent planning. I will disrupt my old pattern of self organization and try this out to see if I can become a more effective life designer by spending more time designing my life! Thanks Looby

WHAT IS UP with that noose-like item hanging beside the speaker?? What is this picture telling me? And yikes, that wind ... very hard to focus on her words; what a juxtaposition!
