I love all greens, but especially lime green. It makes me feel happy and carefree. Also about Nutmeg wearing beige, it reminds me of a quote made by Coco Channel, she always wanted people to notice the woman not the dress. Maybe she thinks beige makes her stand out among the rest. Just a thought.

I like beige.... With a splash of red lipstick and a red accessory is very sexy. Beige shoes are very beautiful and very versatile. But Megzy cannot work with the colour. Or any colour!! Even Azure. No offence to HGT - can you imagine Megzy's bathroom in Azure, because I can!

Military wears beige USA Air Firce and Army. I wear it for business meetings and such. To play down femininity to display more serious, strong, not threatening, etc. Meg thinks she is so beautiful that colors take away and some her perceived beauty. She thinks it flatters her coloring etc.

Why does she always want to show off her HUGE, BROAD shoulders? Revealing them all the time brings attention to how wide they really are. And now she is looking anorexic and her bones are sticking out. She does not look healthy.

Okay, I confess my favourite colour is beige, I love neutrals. ‘Indecision as a colour’ made me laugh, it’s quite apt. I just love how cohesive it is, and how you can blend all of these natural textures wood/stone/rattan/wool/boucle etc. to make such a cosy and cohesive look in your home. Helps that I’m soft autumn too, so earth tones is where it’s at for me

She wears beige because she believes just like Kim Kardashian that it’s just a step up from nudity, it covers a multitude of sins, by that I mean unattractive aspects of the body. It can provide a good backdrop allowing other assets to take the stage…It helps with INSECURITY, as it provides a sense of emotional comfort, of neutrality and perhaps conformity. There are also people who do not want to stand out, they just want to blend in. Or they want their clothes to somehow blend in so that they take the stage…This could also suggest a compulsion for cleanliness, like white, but rather than white they are looking for something more comforting… I think at her heart Markle is a deeply insecure individual & this indefatigable quest for money & power is her way of overcoming her overwhelming insecurity… wearing beige is her invisibility cloak.

I absolutely love lime green and bright orange, no idea what that means. (I don't wear either though.) I don't wear beige either!

Two thoughts….1. Megan thinks beige is the color that wealthy and classy women wear. Of course she believes she’s all of that and more . 2. Somewhere along the way, someone told her that she looked beautiful in beige and she always remember that and believes it. Just like someone along the way told her that she has beautiful shoulders. Thus, we always, always see her shoulders, all the time, every day, ad infinitum.

As someone that loves fashion and its history/meanings… beige has long been a WASP type color. You used the SATC Natasha example (who is that “perfect 🐝 wife” ideal). Meghan is a pick me, wanna be, with not too much of an original idea. I think she’s trying not to just immolate Princess Diana/ Catherine… but Caroline Bessette Kennedy. In fact if you dig in a bit, you’ll see many different ways and reasons for this! Love to discuss more if you’re interested and love you guys!! ❤

I think it would be ok to see her in clothes that don’t wear her. She never wears the outfit it always wears her. And we all know that that’s the first rule of fashion.
