Both of the treatments are good and difficult to pick one. Which treatment do you usually suggest patients to think about first?

How long is this surgery?
@annakemeridis78073 жыл бұрын
I'm so happy with your explanation. I have had my cast removed and now with a boot. Although it was a joke when a doctor tells me I can go back to work to do light duties when my job requires me to be on my feet most of the day. Can't balance without the crutches. Had to see another doctor. At least he took me seriously.

How long did it take?

@@DjStalin100 It took 6 weeks in the end. I used KT tape and it helps so much... but it was 6 weeks before I could walk normally and 8 weeks before I was back to normal x

I have a pain in the upper/outer region of my left calf muscle - rather than the mid-calf region. I don't have any of the symptoms you mentioned. I can walk without a limp, I could probably also run. There is no bruising or swelling and I only really feel pain if I try to sit on my calf muscles, as in when I go down on my knees and then sit on my calves - very painful!! I do yoga, which is most probably what caused my injury. Initially I thought that by stretching it I could heal it, then I heard that could make it worse. I've been deep massaging in a horizontal direction and only doing chair-assisted yoga sessions that don't involve any stretching of the calf muscles at all. Hopefully it goes away soon. It's been almost a month!

What kind of surgery did you get ?
@tiagot65164 жыл бұрын
Hi Myzera, how are you? The surgery I did was an osteotomy on the heel. When they saw the bone, as it is a very aggressive procedure, the bone no longer sticks as before. It is not like a fracture, which the bone then glues normally in place. He doesn't let go, but he keeps sliding and sinking with time. Now as it sank more than 1 cm inward it started to overload all the bones in my body and they started to bend. Mainly, the leg and hip bones. I feel a lot of pain now, and my bones are bending more and more. Then, if you don't have the screw holding the bones, you can't even undo these surgeries. And the person suffers forever. Never do these osteotomy surgeries, you will regret it for the rest of your life. What I am suffering and going through is enough. A hug.
@tiagot65164 жыл бұрын
When they saw the bone, the bone no longer sticks as before, either because the bone cells become weaker, or there is less blood supply in the area, or there is a bone scar. The bones do not get loose afterwards, but they are sliding and over time they usually sink inward. When a person breaks a bone, it doesn’t happen, it glues normal, it only happens when a bone undergoes a very violent trauma such as sawing it, after it is consolidated, it keeps sliding, it doesn’t get stronger and firmer as before. He never comes back as he was. And you have this problem forever. Therefore, these osteotomy surgeries are dangerous and should be prohibited. It puts an end to people's health. A hug.

Tiago T I have to get this foot surgery, it’s one out of three for me. Should I ask for screws then?
@tiagot65163 жыл бұрын
Hi Natalie, how are you? Do not have this surgery, it will ruin your health forever, just like happened to me. It is a medical error and should not even exist. I do not know how until today they have not banned it. I'll post a comment below that I gave to another boy so you can see what happens to those who have this surgery. A hug. Comments - Hi Adel, how are you? The surgery I did was a surgery called varizant osteotomy of the calcaneus, to "correct", flat foot. When they saw or sawed the bone, as it is a very aggressive procedure, the bone no longer sticks as before. It is not like a fracture, which the bone then glues normally in place. He doesn't let go, but he keeps sliding and sinking with time. They saw half the heel bone and put it 1 cm in. This is wrong because the heel is not the cause of the flat foot. He is healthy and in surgery they spoil him. Now as he sank more than 1 cm inward he started to overload all the bones in my body and they started to bend. Mainly, the leg and hip bones. I am in great pain now. These osteotomy surgeries in which they saw the bone and then move it, are a medical error, just as there are errors in any profession. This was the surgery they did on me and I regret it forever, I am much worse than before, I wanted to get my feet back as they were before having this surgery. When they saw the bone, the bone does not stick as it used to, either because the bone cells get weaker, or with less blood supply at the site, or with a bone scar where they saw it. The bone never comes back as it was. And the person ends up with this problem forever. Therefore, these osteotomy surgeries are dangerous and should be prohibited. It puts an end to people's health. In my opinion you should be like this, with your foot flat. Just wear a shoe with a little jump that already gives a good relief. It is normal to have your foot like this. But if you feel pain because of it. It is better to use orthoses or to do physical therapy or to use a bandage on the plantar fascia of the foot, which is the one that bends or flattens the foot more. If it is more elongated, the foot is flatter, and if it is more shortened, because of the strengthening of this region, the foot is more curved. Don't do this surgery, it will end your health and life, just like me. Health is very important and very precious. What I'm going through and suffering every day because of that is enough. A hug. / In addition, I forgot to mention the other comment, like the bone where they move, they put it more inward, the nerves in that region leave the place and also go further inward. Then you just start to feel negative things and you don’t feel good things like the person did before doing that. Both in the environment and in your body, because the nerves leave their original place and sink. And they never go back to normal, unless they go back in place, undoing the surgery. But this surgery cannot be undone, unless the screws are still on your heels and you sit on the floor squatting and force your heel on the floor, so that the heel goes out again. That as the bone doesn’t stick any better and sometimes slips, it will slide out, more to its original place than before. But the bone never sticks right. Without the screws, you can't do that. These osteotomy surgeries are in my opinion a medical error, just as there are errors in other professions. People get worse than before. Be careful. Hugs.

The arthritis treatment method “Rοngοdο Ruzο” (Google it) is among the best things I have ever tried. My situation involved broken spine, hip dysplasia & acute arthritis in both hips. It also works great in my foot big toe knuckle which hurts in the winter and from wearing smaller width shoes. You name an item for this, I may already have tried it. It is really difficult to get some thing to assist with the hips. .

I got problems making use of my thumbs because of arthritis, so I could not understand things properly. Considering that I`ve been utilizing this arthritis treatment “Rοngοdο Ruzο” (Google it), my range of flexibility is much better and I don`t find myself sucking in my breath. .

After a LONG summer break of me doing nothing but playing video games, I guess I pushed myself to far in PE. I was playing football 3 days ago, I felt it right away, however I mistaken it as a cramp and continued playing... However the pain is getting worse and worse. It hurts SO much when I get on my tippy-toes, SO MUCH. I am 15 and don't know what to do.. I plan on going to a Hospital tomorrow, I can move my ankle in ALL directions, it just HURTS.
