I _liked_ this pilot SO much! And I don’t even know why. It could be the beautiful animation or the witty dialogue, or the very clever plot that kept me guessing throughout, it had excellent voice acting and endearing characters, and I was rooting for the two main ones right off the bat. Even all these things put together isn’t what made me love it so much I just did! I’m poor, but if you get picked up for a series I will make sure to buy it. Good luck. ❤💜🩷

This is really good, I love the animation and the story has immidiantly captured me. But I feel like it suffers from having too much dialogue. Not everything needs to be stated, the audience can deduce some things by the situation. Like when port is sitting melancholy on the dock, it felt forced for him to announce that he felt bad, the audience can already see that. Same with when Port announces "I can hardly see anything!" while in the graveyard, the audience can see the fog and deduce from their squinted eyes that they are having trouble seeing, that line seems unnatural.
