But dies the African people including me know that resources according to Europeans are not only material things? EHICH other Resources the European looks at Afruca and admire are our children's. So my question to us is: DO whom did we hire those Africsn Children's to profit? They hzve values or yhey don't hzve? If they don't hzve values, then don't waste time getting married Men to women and Women yo mrn. It becomes very useless ehen you get children who are going to be brought up on adoption bases as though parents are dead. And will you ever widh them to return to your families as your own? DANGEROUS FOR AFRICA IS THIS PARTICULAR CHALLENGE. So the resources you used to dream sbout are nit just Sugar, Tea, Fedha , and other minerals but people including youf intelligent children's, runners znd good football players, all those talented in some ways or another. YOU sell children from your oen Wombs for Monry yhat were given you as Blesdings? However much I can be poor in a miserable way I can not sell a child of my family, tribe l, Clan, and if I were to be a Maternal Mother nit s child ftom my Uterus. How did certain Afruca Countries arrive st this point? Which drug were they given, they thst zn Aftican child saw as the best parent or if not the Szviour for children's? REFORM THIS OROBLEM GOING BACK TO IT'S NORMZL ACTION. We got independence but we're not fully liberated from those ptimitivity of following ehat the Ehites tells us eithout allowing right reasons for ourselves. The is not a god zbove there, but as weak as znybody else. Let him cheat you snd you fix him there and there and see how he shakes to hid root. Let nobody come to make you aCowaered of Obedience to nonsense. Befire you obey it, tell him or her to go dnd do it, and after he succeeds doing it and yiu see it fully successfully then you too can do it. Will you find him where he stood telling you rubbish? No, you prudence is your Shield, and Eisdom your Armour.

Your leadership style is indeed the best. You were such a good manager to our finance team. You let us do our work without any form of micro management. Having worked directly under your leadership I can concur you are destined to greater heights. I know Safaricom Sacco will soon be the best in Kenya.

great man,come lecture us in Fourah Bay college (Sierra Leone ) especially on tribal politics .Tribal politics is killing my country slowly. all aspects of our daily activities is being politicised. even the universities are polluted by tribal sentiment. A lecturer can deliberately deny your good grades because of your tribe .one can be branded easily to certain political party because of your tribe or surname. it's terrible.

Sir you speak with passion. My only concern is that 1,all the years you were in the government system earning unproportionately huge salary, you were quiet. You talked tough before you got in the system and when you came out of the system. 2, Why don't you vie for a leadership position in the government so that you can do something for the country or your county. Charity begins at home. "Action speak louder than words". Miracles were the testimonies and proof of Jesus's preachings.

PLO is a man of great ideas, and calls on us to embrace the ideas. Unfortunately, great ideas are commonly not easy to adopt. They require selflessness and sacrifice, yet humans are commonly selfish and opportunistic. How many selfless humans do you know? Prof. Leo Ogallo, Great Lakes University, Kisumu.

What an inspiring orator. Prof. Lumumba is most eloquent in getting his message across. When you take something that does not belong to you, no matter how small and insignificant, even if it is not missed by the person to whom it belongs, this is the seed of corruption. Governments do the same thing on an exponential scale with tax payers money factoring huge bribes into the equation, which eventually corrupts the whole economy leaving it's people poor and jobless, beggaring their future generations into perpetuity. The Israelites were given the Ten Commandments as rules to live by, you could classify them as rules for prosperity and peace. Even if you are not a Christian any citizenry that are taught these rules from childhood will have the chance to manifest these morals in their daily lives and will be guided in choosing leaders that will benefit their populous, therefore avoid choosing a leader that governs for their own personal enrichment and grandiosity. Sadly the majority of countries throughout the world are being led by corrupt governments that are enriching themselves at the expense of their own people.

Why do some boards prefer only one Executive Director while others are all Non-Executive Directors? For instance, Equity Bank in Kenya has only one Executive Director and many Non-Executive Directors. This is recipe to the failure of governance.
@peteronyangoonyoyo75528 жыл бұрын
Professor, what do you think of proposing yourself for the President of the Republic of Kenya? President Obama has had a dream and managed to fulfill it during his two terms in office... it is great!

Thanks Prof. Africa has had great sons and daughters that would have revolutionized the continent if were given chance to do so. Most of them were silenced. Never forget the types of Tom Mboya, Thomas Sankara, Patrice Emery Lumumba, Martin Luther King Jr., Dr. John Robert Ouko, and many others who were silenced by those who hate thinkers. Thanks PLO.
