Question ☝️ E38 ECM from 2013 Cam 2SS, fan one when switched on via HP tuners doesn't send the ground signal, can the internal driver be reset or replaced ? Fan 2 sends ground on trigger as normal, everything else works normal ? It worked once or twice. Then nothing. Any thoughts?

Im trying to figure that out. I have megasquirt for 91 ka24e. Trying to convert the harness clips for the ka24de and figure out cop conversion. The ka24e has 4pins in the distributor harness 1 blk/wht 12v switch 2 grn/yel 180° signal 3 grn/blk 1° signal. the ka24de distributor has 6pins. Theres another video out there that explains it, but I'm still confused. What is vr1? Is that the signal 1° grn/blk wire? Is this the wire that gets 1k resistor to 12v switch?

My harness came with 4 wires instead of 3 for the ecu side, where do I connect the extra ground wire? Chassis or on the ecu?
