I had a breast biopsy 2 weeks ago and I was soo anxious and nervous for the results. My lump was 5cm and the biopsy thank goodness came back benign. Since the biopsy I can feel the lump now and was thinking about having it removed as well. Ughhh it’s so hard being a woman.

Hi, I have just come across your video and wanted to say thank you for posting your story. I went through a similar experience this year, I had a mucinous cystic adenoma on my left ovary which they estimated was between 40-50 cm across, and I lost my ovary during surgery, so watching your video really choked me up to be honest. I will go onto your channel after I post this, so may find my answer there, but how did your surgery go, and how has your recovery been? I hope you are doing well xxx

I never heard about getting a doctor that has the same skin color as you. That has never even crossed my mind. Americans are weird sometimes.
@JustCallMeNikАй бұрын
Unfortunately in America, black people often experience implicit racial bias and systemic racism in healthcare. So yes, as someone, who I assume does not live in America, this may be weird or hard to comprehend. Peruse Google on the topic and maybe you will have a better understanding.

Glad to find another vegan traveller! I’ve been vegan 9 years and travelling full time for 6. I admire your ability to fast under circumstances! I usually pack me and my son food (I travel with my baby) but if I don’t have the chance, I will do my best to get a restaurant to alter something, or at the very least have fries and salad. Blessings thank you for a great video 😊

Glad your surgery was a success. My husband I became pregnant 2018. I had just took a pregnancy test, and I’m showering and felt a tiny lump. I ran downstairs told him, and then called rhe doctor to make an appt. They did an ultrasound, and told me it was a hormonal growth, due to becoming pregnant and called it fibroadenoma. I was 40, a high risk preganacy , hbp our first and only child. I I had this surgery April 19th in Sicily. they didn’t remove it until i had her. being high risk, I went back to the states to have her. Then returned to Sicily and had it removed April. I was awake as well, talking, and I was extremely nervous. My scar is on the left side of my breast and it healed very well. I was in a lot of pain afterwards. Then I had to have another surgery July 22, 2023 on the left side . Had my left submandibular gland removed. I had a tumor, which it was also non-cancerous. I have a scar under my chin, and its still tender alittle, ans alittle swelling is still noticeable. I believe in asking a million questions, you would think I’m a doctor. I dont play about my health or love ones. Blessings💖.

Thanks for telling your story. I had trouble getting my male primary doctor to listen to my symptoms. I had pressure on my bladder and an urgency to pee constantly, got a super unusual period that was ridiculously heavy and lasted 11 days, and then stopped getting my period all together and I could NOT get this doctor to listen to me. Turned out I had a massive cyst. What you said about going to a doctor that’s similar to you resonated with me, not just ethnicity but female doctors and OBGYN’s. Sorry to the male doctors, but they really really seem to brush a lot of woman’s symptoms (especially reproductive ones) under the table.
