Nice video, thanks. I did not when I bought them that you needed to put down the wet solution and then use the heat gun. Now I just have to go install them one by one. Thanks again.

This is not big problem, unsolder all pins ( I have 21 pins for unsolder, some pins no solder) transistors and remove the board. Problem find cheap igbt. But minimum price 750 for each.
