Two tablespoons of chicken bouillon are a heart attack of salt waiting to happen there's 873 grams of salt in a teaspoon of chicken bouillon now you're doing two tablespoons That's a heart attack right now happen You don't need that much You have great chicken you have great veggies you have the garlic the onion Don't overload it with salt

G'day mate from Australia. This old bloke will be making this for the family. And it's great to see a fair dinkum bloke, who, like me loves to try his cooking. Take care and stay safe mate.

@@TheUrbanCultureKitchen Cream of corn might also be ok, but that might be a little too sweet though or maybe just too much corn. A half of a can might work though.

Those legs looked great. I bet most of y’all quit school because the teacher said did you get it. Show out young brother.

No disrespect, but there is ZERO way you could fool someone who knows authentic Central Texas style brisket. That fat doesn't even look like it's rendered properly. You do you but your method is definitely not for me.

Ok, so you refrigerated it before slicing is what im gathering. Thats why its stiffer than a teenage boy at the school dance. Maybe next time, you can show us the slicing when the brisket is around 155° so we can see the tenderness and juiciness. Hahaha hahaha! I can appreciate and respect how you are dealing with the comments because they are both funny and critical in nature.
