Thank you for the suggestion. I was considering a semi-DIY kit. Although the Adapter and ball would add extra weight so it would be very similar to the KS3 Core kit. I was thinking a kit with an Base Connector, Mast, Click Bar and the KS3 Spring

@Kewlus That sounds great. Would pvc be a little bit better again for reach in the mast because of the flex & still OK for durability due to the mast? Could maybe get away with just base connector, mast & KS3 spring with optional choice of bag & ball adapter for shipping weight? It's only a couple dollars more for a 3m length of pvc pipe too.

@@Kewlus Of course! i was going to order the KS3 spring around June but the day before Easter I fell 22 ft from a ladder and landed on my back with a chainsaw in my right hand and my left arm extended out to my side like a wing but hit my left wrist on the ground and broke it in 2 places. Broke the long bone off my wrist and broke the center of my wrist on the main bone. I use a 100lb heavy bag, a custom made double ended speed bag and an old aqua 15” ball that i filled with sand and wrapped 2 rolls of duct tape around it because got a hole in it. I love them all and just started to get back into my bags but still not even close to use my left with any amount of power. Basically just got comfortable enough for the motions of punching with my left and barely touching the bag and hitting the bag normally with my right but that whole scenario just feels off while doing it. Was looking forward to making my own reflex bag from your spring by following your tutorial on how to make one. Not hitting my bags brought my energy down and my depression back and it drives me flipping crazy. Some day though I’ll get back into it fully and will get your spring because I been following you for a good while now and i like how you constantly grind selling your products and everything looks well made. Like I said on a previous video of yours… Top notch product with a top notch salesman. You’re goos shiz Reedy… stay true bro 😎

The first 3 weeks are to just get into the flow. From week 4 we will start increasing the number of rounds, so by week 12 we’ll be doing 12 rounds.

The large ones that I showed in the video are 3 inch diameter wheels (75mm) from Bunnings, our favourite hardware store in Australia. They cost about $8 ($5 USD) each. I've had them attached to the backs of all the kits (including two O3 kits) at the Sanctum Forge Boxing Gym here on the Gold Coast, and the owner/coach Paul Briggs loves the mobility with these larger wheels. I highly recommend them for carpeted areas or on mats.
