I had just bought some and wanted to see exactly how other people were using it too Edit: I’m glad you mentioned it being a sealant, so now I have to get a moisturizer to keep my hair moisturized

5 years later and I absolutely love your twistout 😊 It look so healthy,,fluffy,,shiny. I haven't done a twistout with shea butter in a long time and girrrllll this video is taking me back lol. Definitely enjoyed and stay blessed 🙌

I tried it and now my hair is full of dried shea butter it looks like i'm a homeless person... idk what to do anymore i didnt get it out!!!!
@osimeon007 ай бұрын
You probably used too much. You only need one or two dollop size amounts for your hair. And it should be used on damp hair cause it's a sealant, not a moisturizer. You'll need to shampoo twice to get it out since you used alot.

@@osimeon00 i got it out... i was so done thank you for your advice... i only had handsoap :( bc i don't use regular shampoo only like a soap made from olive oil

You can actually melt the Shea butter and makes it even better to apply on hair, body and face. Loved your video! Do you know which brand name of Shea butter is edible. I hear you can also eat it but it must say food grade. If you know of any good name brands I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advanced.

That was my experience! The first time was amazing. The second was eh…. The third required a redo immediately! ❤ So I’ll give it a fourth try with a longer scrunch sessions. Thank you!!!

You have to show everyone that's new to your channel the jars name and mention it. Not just show us the inside and close the jar.

So this is my first time using African shea butter in my hair. I'm doing a bantu knot out and I have 4C hair I'm so very excited to see what it's going to turn out like so that I can add this to my regiment.

I too just bought my first shea butter and used it today as my leave-in just as you and I also love it… Hi I know this was two years ago but I’m grateful for it. I made a New Years pledge no heat or color all of 2022 except my birthday if I wish. It’s been a challenge, but I’m not surprised because been perm free almost 15yrs now just never embraced my national hair. I will be putting Shea Butter in all my beauty routines for now on.
