Sad to say but these building looks & feels worse than buildings that are generally made for unprivileged one's... Considering people who've paid tremendous value for their flats building looks very very cheap & has matchstick feel & sizes inspired from SRA homes which are generally offered to BPL stakeholders of slum rehabilitation units.. Even BPL category areas get better roads to be honest.

What is town planning they need to learn first and implement. Abroad first they build all the infrastructure like roads , water, drainage and then buildings are built around it . Over here building are built and then one has to dream of all the infrastructure. In the meantime all illegal tin sheds shops crop up.

River side single building is Godrej EWS scheme ( Mhada building). This place has huge potential for appreciation. Currently place is still developing construction is going on so will look very shabby with bad road but I think after 3 years senario will change soon. Some positive things: good school like DPS, Global international school & blue ridge international school with in a range of 1 km. Pollution free environment which no one is talking about. Two metro stations are 3-4 kms aways. Near to Hinjewadi & baner . Good views of river & mountain and windy fresh air. Also excellent connectivity to Mumbai highway. Connectivity to railway and airport will be very easy and smooth once metro line 3 is complete.So I bought 3bhk at 31st floor ar Godrej Meadows. Talking about challenges ppl are currently facing , it will be overcomed in due course of time ( best example is is KUL ecoloch, I talk to ppl in this society all are very happy to stay, earlier they faced worst time now they are happy they are getting good rent and property has appreciated drastically. you go any where in pune for upcoming location these problems exist and their is no exception, currently I stay at Kalyani nagar and I see same problems at kharadi, Wagholi , keshav nagar, saw same issues in undri pisoli viman nagar. One thing is sure, this location will grow into big top location, I heard big builders from Mumbai are going to start their township work. So appreciation will be good once location is developed after 3 years returns will be skyrocketing and if you willing to stay it will be husle and busle areawith lot of activities going around. ( now days youtubers can make money and views easily by scaring viewers , just like politicians & news repoerters) do research for your self and then take decisions. I had lost opportunity to buy flat when kharadi & baner were growing and now can’t afford to buy in those locations. 🙏

Residents of many residential complexes in Mhalunge having flats of 80 L to 1 cr + donot have municipal water....Residents r fighting with each other due to huge tanker bill...Tankers r operated by local people , mostly political...Do you have any information when the water supply will b ok ?

It seems to be old video, re-posted? No? Is road going to be multilane road? If you observe google map (Bluewater to BU bhandari), it still directs road through orchid hotel and no way directly connected. Plus, roads seems to be narrow and many local buildings/localities around the road.

I see, no one have much updates over river water if its clean or stinking as most of the project situated very near to the river? What is the real condition? Once river enters towards central pune it becomes contaminated & dirty due to sewage, pollution etc. Is it the same case here? What is plan for land parcel at other side of river (area comes in Hingewadi) , its vacant currently?
