Salut! Pas courant de voir un Berlingo (surtout Dangel) amenagé! Quelle est la taille du lit? Pas trop problematique de garder la cloison partielle?
@WildBakerCrewАй бұрын
@clementdavid8371Ай бұрын
@WildBakerCrewАй бұрын

Can you work and become a baker in France without having a baker's degree?
@WildBakerCrew11 ай бұрын
Yes, you can have a training through school, kind of internship, or just find q boss and work for it, after 3 years XP you can ask for a degree. At least as a French... But I would recommend to learn bakery in a different country. I mean... If you want to learn bread, don't go to France, definitely, but if you want to learn pastry, then go to France.
@marialala2111 ай бұрын
@@WildBakerCrew I am greek that has recently moved to France but I would like to move again in the future, maybe in Scandinavia. Which country would you suggest for bread?
@WildBakerCrew11 ай бұрын
@@marialala21 I think Scandinavia specially Sweden for bread will be great. Best choice that is where I am now. Like I said France for bread is not good at all... I mean there are a few nice bakeries, but in general it is very bad. So definitely Sweden 😊👍

I am not the guy you replied to, but as a Belgian I love how fair, yet still stereotypically French your reply to this comment was. I think/hope the commenter above meant "pour moi aussi c'est dur, ta vidéo m'a aidé" rather than "pour toi comme boulanger c'est facile, mon boulot est plus difficile..." For example; I work in IT and your video still resonated with me. You talk about struggles we all share somehow -- while showing me visuals of pistolets and croissants, it is a good format, I just subscribed. @@WildBakerCrew

@afrenchbaker I didn't mean to be rude or disrespectful. My parents were bakers and I as a child grew up in a bakery inside home. There is some hard job but on the flip side there is an amount of good mental health that nowadays you don't find in office related jobs. So I think most people should also know that professions like being a baker are good for the mind and the soul in a world where physical work is diminishing but mental illnesses are on the rise. My childhood inside of the family bakery was awesome!
@WildBakerCrew Жыл бұрын
True, there is kind of a satisfaction of making something with your hands, like creating. That is why there also is a hype about bakery on social media. But I guess in office work some people find also their balance, and maybe it can be some. Like, as a baker, being able to eventually go to gym after office work may be nice, while after a day of baking I am exhausted, I'm getting older also... But at the end, I think work, work as it is and was always teach to our generation is not that good, we need to find our balance, and I don't not think that working for someone is something satisfying at some point. Well, my comment went in every direction, and thank you for sharing, but I get your mindset now and I agree. Life in general is not a peacefull thing for those not born the butt in a golden spoon. Everyjob has pro and cons. And through this video I wanted to say the reality of bakery, most of them nowadays are pure business. Independent, family size bakeries are less and less unfortunately. I myself struggle a lot, still today about making my business or working for someone... Well... Life 😅

I'm a small bakery owner in South Africa & I can resonate with your thoughts. Being a baker is alot of work, you can be on your feet from 8pm till 4am the next day for the entire year & you'd still not make that much money & you're forever tired, you don't have quality time with your family & weekends no longer exist. It really s*cks even to think about it. I'm so thankful I bumped into this video, alot of bakers don't talk about this harsh truth.
