Im using this with my pair of q accoustics 3020 i as q accoustic 3060s was too much expensive but yamah is not machg well 😢

Sorry to say so, but this is not a restoration. You made it look better, but a restoration means you try to bring it back to the original state and condition. This would mean you should have used real veneer instead of plastic, and try to match the original fabric in colour material and texture. On the technical side; you did nothing to condition and protect the foam surrounds, did not properly check the capacitors. There is nothing wrong with fixing up old stuff and make it look better, just do not call it a restoration.

It's beautiful. Good workmanship. I though to build one for me. I have 6" Sony subwoofers. It's a good match for this project. I read many of the comments here and got some dimensions of the box. Thanks a lot for you and the people here. Could you please mention the thickness of the MDF and the lower rectangular port dimentions.. Wish you all the best brother.👍❤

That is bose acoustimass design wayback 1980. It is one of the best subwoofer design. But bose uses two speakers inside which is better than one.

No partition between low frequency subwoofer and satellite speakers will result in those satellites working as passive radiators. Will damage them in long run.
