Hi!, I always follow you, I would like to know how you connect the digitakt and the nymphes and how you use them on ableton, I have both but I can't use them, thanks

Hey friend, in this video, the Digitakt is sequencing the Nymphes via midi so a midi cable is connected via Midi Out out from the Digi to midi in on the nymphes. What you have to configure on both devices is the same midi channel so the Digitakt send notes to the Nymphes. How I them on Ableton it varies but most of the times, the Digitakt is connect via Overbridge (Elektron’s software) and the Nymphes via midi out from my audio interface. Not sure if I answered right but let me know if I did.

This is so gooddd such beautiful sounds and arrangement, can you tell a bit about which of the machines is playing what parts? (I guess the octratrack is playing the drums from samples?)

Thank you! The Syntakt is playing the drum parts, percussion and most of the synth lines. The Octatrack is playing 2 samples, a "stabby" chord and the vocal chops. And is also being used as a fx/mixer

Thanks for the support! This is an old video,the Digitakt was sequencing all samples and the Octa just acting as a mixer for putting fx (and maybe channel 1 was a being used for looping some bars of the Digitakt, not sure)

Valeu mano! Da hora q vc curtiu. Vou procurar a respeito desses estilos que vc comentou que parece. Não me ligo muita nessas nomenclaturas… considero eletrônico pq sequenciei e compus no computador.. de qlq jeito, eu acho q esses gêneros q vc citou são na verdade subgêneros dentro da música eletrônica.. Enfim, é difícil classificar exatamente certas músicas mas faço o q posso! 😂
