I just randomly came across this video today after watching my friends do a co-op 100% stream of Super Mario 64. Not only was this game my childhood, THIS SONG has put me to sleep SO MANY TIMES as a kid. When I heard this rendition, I almost cried, and I played it on repeat at least three times. This is beautiful beyond words. Thank you so much for making this. I've never seen your content before, but I already know, you definitely deserve more subs than you have.

Thank you very much, that's a very touching comment. This music also brings back a lot of good memories. Super Mario 64 is probably the first video game I ever really played. Thanks for listening 😊

@arnaudbannier10 күн бұрын
Oh merci beaucoup, ça me touche vraiment.

I really love how you play!!💜 I especially love how you play the How to Train your Dragon medley and Oogway ascending! You really know how to put depth in your songs without other Instruments! That’s why I was think you could probably play, Merry go round of life from howl’s moving Castle really nicely, and make it sound well rounded! I have listened to a lot of renditions of that song but none of them sound like it needs to sound like. Can you please play it?
@arnaudbannierАй бұрын
Many thanks! Merry go round of life has lots of accidental alterations which make it really hard to play on a lever harp... So sorry, but it's not on my todo list 😅
@CayenneHolhosАй бұрын
@@arnaudbannier okay😊 that’s fine. It is very hard to play. I have been trying to play it on my harp, but it’s a hand full lol!

wow.. I was going through a tough day but listening to this made me feel better and calm. Thank you so much, your version is just magical it took me to another world. It would be wonderful if you tried Tidus theme because it's so relaxing too.
@arnaudbannierАй бұрын
Thank you very much, that means a lot to me. Tidus theme is a beautiful track but it has several accidental alterations, making it very difficult for the lever harp. So I'm not sure I'll be doing a cover, sorry 😅

@arnaudbannierАй бұрын
Thank you so much! I hesitated for a long time before starting to arrange this track. The first part has a few accidental alterations that are never easy on the lever harp. And the second part is very energetic, which isn't easy either 😅 Glad you like my arrangement!

What a great choice a tune to cover. You did a really nice job arranging it for a harp solo. I love your expressiveness on the melody and your bass playing is mesmerizing.
@arnaudbannierАй бұрын
Thank you so much! I'm glad you like the arrangement, the second part was more difficult as it had to keep the energy of the original piece while the melody contains only held notes (which is not feasible on the harp).

How many hours a day do you practice Arnaud? Do you still take regular lessons? Is harp your job or a passionate hobby? You’ve inspired me to the point that I am considering taking some lessons
@arnaudbannierАй бұрын
Very good choice, I encourage you to learn this instrument. Now I have less time to devote to the harp, but I still play for at least 15 minutes a day. But when I'm working on a new piece, I can devote several hours to it. It's not my job, I just do it as a hobby.

Argh Arnaud you’re a man after my heart with this choice. As usual, just the best. This one has such funk with your bass

@@arnaudbannier ça me rappelle moi et mon papa quand j'étais petite.
