Please help me to solve the problem a customer came with a phone and its work the only problem was sound doesn't come out when I open it I clean after that I use my hot air to hitt tha pa😢nel and waiting 4 minutes and i replace to the phone and refused power on not all about that the same phone was dropped into water 2 days ago

I did mine i just used heat gun a lil bit distance so regulate temperature and make it work without flux or something special for this thanks.
