When you buy the I shap knob, does it come with the silver/gunmetal "cap" over the screw? I ordered a zaion carbon black I shape knob but not sure if I need to buy a cap for it

I just received mine. I noticed that once you put on the clicker, you hear the clicking sound during the retrieve, but the break doesn't work... Do you have the same problem?

Hi. Is the spool lock u r referring to? It’s more to locking the spool and not hurting the drag when u need to force break snag or something similar

There is no clicker, it is a spool lock. The noise is only when line is leaving the reel under drag

I had the same issue..loosen/remove spool tension knob and try.. Sometimes I need to gently push the shaft with my finger from the knob side and it comes out. Bugged the hell out of me, because I do regular maintenance and if you can't pop the spool that's no bueno..

Hi, with my reel every now and then it happens that when I cast the lures with a lot of force the bail arm closes on its own causing me to lose the bait. I never understood why as it's fantastic in every way and technically even superior to this one. I would be interested in trying this model but since I have seen in other videos that the bail arm closes very easily even by hand this scares me, with mine for example closing it by hand seems a lot more difficult.
