Im new and in grass i can ollie very good but when i get on concreat i cant do it its a mind game and i dont have anything to hold on to while doing that so its scary

me and my friends saw a skater (i skate and they don’t 😭) and my friends were yelling tricks and i was telling them to stop but the skater says “WHAT?!” so i say “they said they want you do to a tre flip” and he tried so good but didn’t get it. i still cheered him cuz yk skaters support each other

I don’t know if this would help anyone but I always found it easier to Ollie onto something rather than Ollie down or flat. I’m guessing a combination of comfort level and not having that feeling like my board was attached, but it gave me a target that I could actually see instead of one I had to visualize.

I can't skate without a helmet idk why it's not for the safety reason it's just if I don't ware one I can't commit to anything it's just a mind thing

It’s a good sound… though when you are absolutely flying down a sidewalk that has phat cracks from slab to slab and those wheels are just popping with the utmost of rhythm. Absolute chefs kiss. 🤌💋

I love the sound of wheels on concrete, it always makes me want to skate. Skating sounds are truly satisfying and addictive.

In 2016 i wwnt to romania to se my granparents, and my dad got me a penny board cause he used to ride one al the time and i thoughtbit was so cool the one day my dad decided to buy me a real skate board from canadian tire and it lasted me 4 years and still works
