Do you know, biryani having three layers, (first layer with dalda ghee or essential edible oil+fried onion+(tej patta/ Bay leaves have a unique, aromatic flavor and a floral scent)+ mutton/chicken with Everest Masala) (second layer of yellow basmati rice cook separately, ) (3rd layer of with basmati rice cook separately,) first,second and third layer decorate in one dekcha (Quantity of mutton/chicken and rice will be 50-50), 20 persons biryani - with 3kg mutton/chicken and 3kg rice.
