Ive been following this ship since i saw it anchored off Port Talbot, wales, uk. It went to st petersburg, russia then to netherlands then to brazil, venezuela, colombia and is now on its way back to europe.

Ballast water is water collected at sea and stored in tanks in ships' holds, with the aim of providing stability to vessels when they are sailing without cargo. In short, when they are empty, they load the ballast tanks and when they are going to load and loading, they unload the ballast tanks.
