Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. The only place I'll go down something that steep is at the sand dunes where I know there is nothing underneath to trip the horse. The soil itself looks pretty safe because it's loose, but that soil also contains roots, rocks, and possibly ancient stumps. If that horse should get his leg caught under an old buried root it would be a disaster. This is just a vulgar display of showing off, and real horsemen don't do that for cheap clicks. I expect this kind of reckless behavior from 13-year-olds, not from grown men.

Personally i think this is dangerous but if the horse has experience as well the rider and are doing it safely Edit: Nvm it can't be done safely but are doing it CAREFULLY and the horse isn't being forced it's ok
