Swedes dont eat pancakes for breakfast. It's considerd dessert or lunch over here. A swedish breakfast often contains soured milk with toppings like granola or berrys, Flavoured yoghurts, Cereals with milk or Poridge wih milk. And we eat sandwiches, Boiled or fried eggs, coffee or tea and juice. Thats a common swedish breakfast.

I'm a conscientious, fit guy who stays very busy. Your comments at the end of this video were "spot on!" How do busy people fit all this into our daily schedules and remain sane and healthy??? Discipline and focus. Thanks for your new videos which I recently discovered. I'm not one who comments a lot, but I work out in my home gym alone. It's kind of cool listening and watching your videos here. I appreciate your determination and focus, which helps me too.

Get a salt pipe. It will help with the taste and sinuses. Saline nasal spray can help too. It worked for husband and I. If you have symptoms, you should self isolate for at least 7 days.

Tipis you can get them from amazon. If you get the salt pipe, use it several times a day. It also helps with cough and it could possibly help to reduce the virus’s attack on your lungs.
