I was there. He was having vocal issues (a bug)and apologized to audience and did his best to give what he was capable of doing. I enjoyed the show but it sure was a tough go for PM.

El grupo lo han abandonado sus integrantes muchas veces, sólo Geoff Downes ha permanecido fiel al grupo, la verdad es que se escuchan increíbles, para mí y para muchos sigue siendo Asia. Larga vida a Asia, ojalá puedan venir a México, no me los perdería.

They sound great. I'd pay to watch them. The future of rock is cover bands, just being realistic. The creative rockers aren't alive anymore and it's too expensive to risk it all and be a band full time. I've come to accept this

I agree with you that there are not as many great artists today as there were in the 1980s. Just take a look at USA for Africa and see all of the legendary artists on that song. That being said, there are still some musicians today that I would pay to see. Ed Sheeran, Adele, and Green Day come to mind. In fact, I just saw Green Day last week in Philadelphia. There were 40,000 strong in attendance, so I can attest that rock is not dead.

Interesting point. I think you're right. Bands like Deep Purple, the Stones and AC/DC are close to the end, with no viable replacements.

I saw the HTT show two years ago. It’s great seeing these legendary performers of the 1960s back on stage. However, it does get a bit old seeing them perform the same four songs year after year. I’d like to hear these groups perform other songs from their respective catalogs.

I really wish people would respect other concertgoers and just stop talking, especially during the soft, slower songs. People pay good money to hear the artists, not other people talking.

Good god, the DLR nob gobblers always show up with nasty comments when someone praises Sammy or his era of VH. Message boards, comment sections, wherever…they appear like an infestation. Thankfully the positive comments far outweigh the nob gobblers. It’s like the Orkin Man killing roaches. I bet they hate seeing that…good!
