This Playstation version doesn't have all the features that the PC version has. With the PC, I believe that what you're referring to is done with mods. Despite the limitations of the console version. If you only on console get it, if you race on both PC and console, get it on PC.

You can only do open world driving on PC 🖥 with mods. The console version has limited features, even on the Ultimate Edition. The Ultimate Edition just includes all the content for the game.

I found out the hard way on Laguna Seca after. There was a lot of ramming and other racers using others as a guardrail to pass. Destroyed my DR in the process.

@GrandMasta_N33KZ I might have to follow your tactics on that because I'm a racer who like a clean victory if possible. I enjoy a clean battle especially in the top five.

This is a track i didn't like at first. Once I got used to it, I realized it is actually fun to race on.

​​@@SimGT77 yeah same here. Then I loved it! Almost every corner is tricky, has to be calculated precisely with the right line, speed. Other turns are blind, gotta anticipate them. Also the weird slopes of the surface on turns are so wrong, pull your car into the sand traps especially the first turn. One small mistake and you're DONE! But when it works out smoothly and you come out of the turns fast it is exhilarating. Action packed racing on this track.

No, not on the console version. You can only do that on PC with downloaded mods.

I've never tried it on a controller,but from what I've heard, it might not be as forgiving as Gran Turismo on a controller.

The demo didn't actually convince me to buy this game. I took a chance with it, and it surprised me. I must say it is a surprising favourite for me.

To be honest! Just after I bought the game and drove a few races, I was hooked and bought just about all the DLC's available. I can't say if it will be worth it for you, but with the variety of racing it offers, I would assume it might be.

obtaining an maintaining a good SA Rating will allow you to possibly race with more disciplined drivers. Single player mode in ACC helps improve your Rating as long as you avoid collisions with the AI.

It a cool racing format. Nice watching the replay after to see the black smoke and other visuals.

I believe it is worth getting g, lots of single-player options, tracks, and vehicles, but you will have to obviously purchase DLC's for certain parts of the game.

I consider it practicing, but thanks lots of room for improvement.

@@SimGT77 You are correct, and I did that in my old desktop PC, where the GTX 970 was a blast of a graphic card (for the money I could spend of course). In my new gaming laptop I couldn´t resist the price cut, so the components were not hand picked. Still, I´m pretty pleased with the RTX 4060 and the 32 gb of RAM. Assetto Corsa Competizione is a great example of good looking graphics and performance :)

The Corvette is nice, but my favorite so far is the Porsche 911 GTE. It is a lot noisier. Therefore, it makes you want to Rev it through the gears. Music to the ears.

The turns are quite demanding! It can be better compared to Assetto Corsa rather than Competizione. Assetto Corsa Competizione is only GT Racing. Automobilista 2 is a decent sim that plays good and is graphically pleasing.

@nocommentaryjustgaming No Problem! So far what I raced in Automobilista 2 are the GTE & GT3 classes, and I enjoyed the feel of the sim. It surprised me in the areas of graphics and gameplay. It's awesome on triple screens.

It can be a bit twitchy, but once you tame it, the driver should be fun. I wanted to include the replay, but didn't have the software on the PC to put the video together.

The BMW would have most likely pushed me off the track if I didn't react quickly. Sine the aggressiveness is set at 90.

This race was on the PS5, I had just jumped off the PC version. It is more challenging to do things right on the Playstation version. The PC version is definitely more refined.

The Bentleys surprised me a bit, difficult to run with them on the straights.
