yes...spiritual addiction can be one of the worst!!😂....lucky when we recognice it! Same with informations....now is getting more visible! At the end, I remember my grand parents told me, "we'll never know "! live your life as you can and "keep quiet"!

@@shinrinyokumusic1808Well suffering thoughts can still arise but they're kinda soft and luminous and the sense of peace is there in the background. Have you ever had the experience of witnessing your thoughts rising up to meet you? It happened here and was super useful, thoughts are like soap bubbles, ephemeral and empty. They mean nothing. After this experience Emerson seemed to deliver the death blow.

I don't know if I understood what you were saying correctly, but speaking of training... in my experience, if you don't believe anything about what you can or can't do, you can reach previously unthinkable limits. It's as if what you used to call muscle pain becomes just a sensation that isn't even "yours". Muscles work on their own, without ever consulting the mind which can only limit them

It's funny, the whole entire apparent life of this character used to say things like, you are already life itself, you are not your thoughts, there is nothing happening, you aren't what you do without any comprehension why those things were being said, apparently 😂

oh how much I love, love Linda's clarity. It pays off to listen and stick with Emerson. I have a had uninterrupted peace for quite some time now. I heard that this in-between chopping is going viral and other people that have done one on one with Emerson are sharing it too. I shared Emerson's message with a few of my friends and they were stunned into clarity.
