this isnt helpful at all... where is the rhetorical analysis? you are talking about his purpose and audience without talking about specific "rhetorical strategies".... cant wait to see your students ap scores

I am sorry you feel that way. I teach my students to use action verbs rather than rhetorical devices in an effort to encourage them to analyze the actions of the author in relation to the purpose and audience instead of just looking at devices... it helps them with the commentary.

Great video Shannon. It gives a neat and quick working overview of the key concepts. A great introduction into what could be a very deep area. And in two minutes too!

the examples you gave in logical evidence were facts derived from data, which would make them emperical?
@ShannonMoore117 жыл бұрын
yes, sort of... but empirical evidence is based on observation more than say polls or surveys, etc... for the nature of this video and my class, it was more beneficial to break it up...

kk, a question if you dont mind, would you say that the belief that the external world exists outside the mind is backed by empirical evidence? or only personal experience? (i would say empirical evidence)
