where is this dam located at? What style of design is this penstock? how far down is that drop? any chance of a follow up video showing what this camber system looks like?

it is an intake chamber to collect excess rainfall from hill to protect downhill from flooding risk. Located at Pok Fu Lam Road Garden. It's under the planter area require permission to access.
