But what I don’t agree in since E Jean Carroll wasn’t successful in 2019 on her case, New York actually went back and changed the statue of limitations one year look back. You don’t have an exact date you don’t even have to remember everything that happened. Just have two friends come to witness to testify.. again thank you for assisting real victim, survivors of actual sexual assault and rape and everything else that your organization does. God bless.

Why are victims called survivors? By definition they're completely different things. Also, which crimes warrant someone calling themselves a survivor? Surely it can't to just make people feel better, because otherwise we will end up calling things we find bad, by words that totally mean something else. Is this not also a slight on people who actually have survived something, rather than been a victim?
