They won't take 7 passenger conversion vans either.. guess if you got enough money you can sue them..but by the time you do that. The fun of Uber be well over..😢

Uber and Lyft doesn’t accept these vans because they don’t have 4 doors. A crew cab half ton pickup can be used as an Uber or Lyft but they aren’t as common for ride sharing.

It's a really strange requirement, my van has six doors. I feel it's just an arbitrary requirement, without malice of course. LOL. Plus just doing door dash with the van, I am barely breaking even, I'm making changes. Updates coming. Thanks for commenting.

Get a mini van. Yes this is in good shape, but if I see this pedo van pull up for my uber, I’m cancelling. Be logical - nobody, especially single women, are going to feel comfortable getting in an old white panel van alone.

ROFLOL.. I was going to use it for airport ground transportation, but.... I just worked out a deal with a local dealership.... I'll be getting a dark blue Mazda 3. Basicly a straight across trade.

How much repetition 😢 Please stick to the Gig stuff. Developing your own clientele doesn't make sense. This Uber model offers the best flexibility, dependability, and security for customers ... and sadly drivers are replaceable.

When I moved to Utah in 2017, uber was fun and very random, I was using an 03 Ford Excursion and made ALOT in cash tips. Previously I had worked in airport ground transportation in SOCAL with "Private" Clientelle and made a lot in cash tips. Right now, Uber and Lyft have turned into something different. I've got 30 years experience working in almost every market except Greyhound and tour busses. Uber and Lyft are way over regulated and underpayed. IMHO. It's not a "Free Market"

My uber account was phished. I have contacted Uber more than five times and they have never responded to a single email. I actually hate them

I think they take 80% and leave the drivers 8%. The business model is built upon the skin of the driver's back.

I am 62 renting with nothing...no assets no retirement because I have made basically 20k or less annually my entire life. Really, at this age, there isn't much you can do other than suicide. That's my plan this spring... I can't afford to live

I have a set of hakamdin pipes and they sound very good. I had to put a bit of work into them. Mainly upgrading the reeds to redwood reeds and I use my personal chanter. I don’t have the issue of the bass drone tuning. It’s right where it needs to be

Happy new year !! Xena and Julles are a bonded pair Julles is starting to show his age and I worry about him, Xena is a feisty little kitty. Milo adopted me from my next door neighbor and still goes back over to his old owners grass to go poop LOL. Milo's nickname is "Fat Butt" .... he eats everything, but he's also a trouble maker and sometimes I have to kick him out of the house, he's kind of a bully.

This is Wellington🧐 Happy Thanksgiving to You. And Happy Thanksgiving to Milo as well. All Good information. I was on the RHS Queen Mary in Long Beach. ( I think they took the RHS off there. I can not find it now ) I do know when the Bagpipers were aboard the Queen Mary. It's sort of off sometime around summer or before March. I Know it's a Weird time. I just remember that. I was never aboard when they were on there though. Not for any reason other than I live far away Mr. Main. My Name is in the book below the Framed picture of the Sea Monster and the men in the boat I recall. Perhaps the Captain's gally. It was " Haunted " when I went believe it or not.

Happy belated Thanks Giving !! Thank You. I just might have to do a road trip to the Queen Mary LOL. I've competed at the Queen Mary a number of times, LOTS of fun I miss competing, a lot. There's a lot of stuff that is really great about California, it's just too expensive. BTW... I re-activated those Hakam Din bagpipes and figured out why the bass drone didn't fit like was supposed to. I'm really out of shape because of what is goin on with me, should only take about a week... maybe less. I really appreciated that you keep in touch BTW.

Lord Wellington here. 🧐 Oh this is Sad News. Well this is interesting that you say you had your bag round 6 years. I've had mine for about 25 years now. My bag is down as well. 2 Air leaks in mine. I met with a " Bagpipe band " and the leader told me I could use re-sealant in mine. Otherwise, I would just Continue playin my bagpipes like I have been with the Air leaks in it. Ha,ha,ha! I learned How from a " Bagpiper " on You Tube. Hopefully someone from " Pakistan " contacts you like you wish about a New bag. I'm Still tempted to Make my Own re-sealant. I've already cleaned my pipes out with whiskey as instructed.

I'll eventually get another set of those parlor pipes just for the bag. Right now I have no income because of my foot wound, I'm healed up and my doctors say I'm ok to go back to work, but the "work med doctor won't let me go back to work without an SPE evaluation (Skill Performance Evaluation) which isn't available in my area. It "feels" like a conspiracy. I'll figure it out.

This is his Lordship🧐 So you did a burnout in a 67 cutlass. Thank you for your story Mr. Main. I could do No Right as far as my Grand mum was concerned. I was a perpetual loser! In the vain of Prince Harry or Kate Middleton. She would look over and scowl at me. My friend, hopefully Unbeknowst to her. Or anyone else for that matter took a car. To a parking lot and did a lot of doughnuts in the lot. When No one else was round. Black circles every where. Wore down his brand New tires. I on the other hand was unable to drive. I trained up on a 65 ford. In the dead of nite, I drove slowly down the alley past catwalks and buildings hitting just about every trash can along the way. ( Think to the tune of " Peter Gun . " ) With nothing but my red tail lights shining in the nite in my wake with papers flyin up behind me. I turned hand over hand to turn ye Ol' steering wheel at the end of the alley. Hit the brake and tossed the keys away. I Never drove again. Not for years after that. Till Modern day. Women Luv this Story. Perhaps it gives them want to Yell in my face and Fix me. I'm glad to hear that there are Citizernry out there, like yourself, livin the Cool Life. Just so's I can Hear about it. Such Magnificent Stories of Days gone by.....

I got lucky, I ended up in a neighborhood in witch the church elders took pity on me. I was the only male child with six sisters and no dad. I pretty much had to figure stuff out on my own, I had lots of good people around me that kept me from getting into trouble that I actually deserved. Thanks for watching and commenting !!!
