How do you take this out?

Mine lasted 4 weeks and that was pushing it 😵‍💫

I know this video is old but I’ll comment anyway. I find that a lot of these hair supplement companies put way more Biotin needed as a daily allowance. I know you suffer from migraines but did you try to take a lower dose biotin separately? I don’t get migraines but for me anytime a supplement has more than 2000 mg of Biotin in it, I break out in pimples so I’ve gone down to 1000.

My first time took two days 😭any advice?

Do your forearms hurt after a while? I had to ice mine when I was doing my daughters’ knotless braids.

Okayyy… I have the UlaHair feathered human hair with the thin middle. I’m at the part in the beginning of the video where you’ve taken out two pretty easily; but the 3rd is getting tangled. I know it would come out easier if you wash the hair first (make sure it’s bone dry). After I do my hair and take it out; I’ll report back.❤

Another great tip to use. Is the wig shine for human and synthetic hair. It’s called bonifi natural oil free wig shine. I swear by it and you don’t need a whole lot of it. Spray right on the hair and your hands will glide through if you have any tangles. I also have the Cantù spray as well. A lot of people sleep on the freetress deep twist. I’ve been wearing it for years with no problems.
