So they left after Scattered and said goodbye, but no one fell for the trick. 2 minutes later they came back on stage and played comfortably numb. The laser show was absolutely incredible through this song and during the final solo, at some point Romany started headbanging. I know because I was there. Balcony, first row. Flew all the way down From Toronto. Highlight of my 2024.

Love it every time I hear it. Not my favorite recording of it but I’m fairly sure that’s because of the limitations of the phone recording it. I’ll take whatever I can get though. Doubt I will ever be lucky enough to experience it live.

Since the first time I heard this song on that weird, new breakthrough album...The Wall - it was my favorite song. Kashmir and C-Numb have got me through a lot of good times and a few bad.. but have always been my buddies.

It's wild. The other guitarist begins the song on the 12 string. He switches to the lap steel during the first verse then back to the 12 string for the solo section and the outro. Then you have the legendary Greg Phillinganes on keys. Dave must have given him all the money.

You the person who disturbs wild Buffalo to take the trillionth picture? Was right behind you at my tenth time seeing David since 1972 . Yup, that's what it looked like except your phone was in the picture.
@cws82502 күн бұрын
Yep except that’s bullshit since I held my phone at chest level so as not to block anyone’s view from behind me. Not saying somebody didn’t block you but it wasn’t me. You’re welcome for the video memory of this experience. Enjoy

@@cws8250 Don't get so close to those Buffalo they don't like it and there is already plenty of pictures of them. Bullshit? Says you. Your butt hurt at some random criticism on the internet.

@@cws8250 How many times have you heard Cnumb ? Me, seen him play it live 10 times now and heard it about 100,000, no Bullshit over the past 40 years. My favorite performance was with Floyd at the Wall show in Nassau in 1980. I was right behind you in section B. And yeah, everyone is annoying with the damn phones that's why some artists like Bob Dylan ban them altogether. I am sorry if I sound grumpy, I am its damn annoying. Glad you were there my proud to be Canadian friend.
