Why does the thumbnail image show her playing guitar?
@AliceCoopacabanaСағат бұрын
Because the three images that youtube provided for the thumbnail image all sucked and I haven‘t had too many useful pictures from the show on my own. Sorry! :)

WTF, where’s the hot bass player? PS change the band name to the correct name “Flyying Colours” as people may search for them. Song is called White Knuckles by the way. Thanks for uploading 👍

Went to a Shellac show a few years ago, a guy in the audience kept heckling Todd Trainer, you could see the band get really pissed of, so at one point he got up from his drumset, asked the guy to come onstage, gave him his drumsticks and told him to play, the rest of the band would follow him along. Of course he sucked, guy had never hit a drum in his life, everybody was taking the piss out of him, it was glorious. You don’t mess with Shellac! Later that night, Albini told my friend to punch me in the face because he… well he was Steve Albini. A concert experience I will cherish forever.

Walbourne’s SG with the whammy bar is a poor substitute for his old Telecaster on this song. Not the best version.

God I just LOVE seeing kids enjoying and getting involved in rock performances. It should never be the preserve of grown ups. This here is what made Shellac so beloved of Primavera. This is the spirit of that festival.

As much as I love your view on these thing, I might add, that this once was the spirit of Primavera. I don't sadly see it there anymore.

@@AliceCoopacabana oh no really? Has it been lost in the last few years? That's so sad. Mind you most festivals have gone über corporate and controlled. Glastonbury being a huge case in point. In the 90s and before, that place was so special.
