Hey I have a new pot and just like this and it will not vacuum/seal when doing moist foods. Hamburger and ham, anything that pulls moisture up. What to do?

The grates are not on properly and smokestack is wrong.

Grates are upside down, the smoke stack should be placed through the lid, not on top and the wood basket below is upside down. It should be a basket, not a shelf.

How often do you use these to clean your dog’s ears? 2. I’m guessing I should never use a pad in both ears, right? 3. How deep into the ear is safe? You should be using grates with the wider side up. Also never use a charcoal chimney on them as it ruins the seasoning on them.
