This is NOT a solution but WORKAROUND. To keep Band language to English you NEED TO have your phone OS also set to English. All other languages will turn band to Chinese.

I confimre i change my phone from French to English (USA) and automaticaly when I open the mi App, the mi band 8 turned in english

For all those, who did not understand: Change your phone's language to English, then the Mi Band 8 shows/stays in English, too. With all other phone's languages it will show in Chinese.

Man, it is not reproducible, know that people that wants this kind of stuff, can't read chinese. As of now, the band is not usable for non-chinese readers sadly. Have to wait for official release. Seems incredible that language setup is so cryptic and hidden.

Tem as duas opções. Upgrade que atualiza e mantém todos os seus arquivos e apps e tem a opção de resetar o aparelho pra vc fazer nova configuração

Ya lo probé pero no sé si el equipo no tiene nfc o me equivoqué de rom pero en el segundo link entras y donde dice xiaomieu y des pues la última opción encontrarás las roms ya sea de la 11 a la 14

No primeiro programa você instala os drivers depois é só dar flash na rom com o dispositivo no fastboot.
