There is definitly an issue with AE 24 as Adobe has gotten rid of the need for the ROSETTA Plug-in. I'm unsure if it works either way but after installing the plug-in AE24 reminds me every time I try and open the template that it's not synced. I'm going to try and re-install AE 23' and run it on that

True! there is an issue with using AE 24, but I wrote a solution that is now being shipped with the files as a pdf, here it is again in case you cant find it: FT-UV pass doesnt work with my after effects if you are using PC this issue is happening because you are using the new version of After effects2024, you need to downgrade to After effects2023 and then follow the video tutorial linked above and you should be good to go. For Mac users: in order to fix this issue, you need to use After Effects 2023, and then before you run After Effects, you need to right-click on the app and click on "get Info" in the pop-up, under the "General" tab you need to activate "Open using Roessta". after that you should be able to use the template if you've already installed the FT-UV pass, if not yet, check any of the animated mockup tutorials on our youtube channel, and we explain how to install it. if you have updated your MacOS to Sonoma, you wont see the the "Open Using Rosetta" option, and in order to fix this you need to install Rosetta support, which can be done by doing the following 3 steps: 1- Navigate to "Applications > Utilities" and open Terminal. Hit the "Return" button after typing this command: softwareupdate --install-rosetta Go through the on-screen instructions when the license agreement pops up. You will obtain confirmation after a few seconds that Rosetta 2 has been downloaded. Now, quit "Terminal" and run After Effects "any version up to 2023" and you should be able to see the "Open with Rosetta" option available.
