However others of us are called to other things, including some of us to celibacy. I believe that God is faithful to reward those who choose to answer callings that involve personal sacrifice. His command to "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth..." was to mankind as a species, and we have never failed to obey it. It is not a command to each individual, as the Apostle Paul amply pointed out in the scriptures to which you allude.

Im not entirely rejecting the idea of procreation however during this particular time in which the world is in, we have overpopulation being an issue aswell as another issue being finite resources. I’m rejecting the biological imperative as a whole (career, marry, have kids, drink, smoke etc) as the people who co-exist with us are usually irresponsible therefore i dont advocate for it. My opinion is that it’s best to not have kids until you are certain you possess a sufficient amount of mental bandwidth to sacrifice time for them. In the state in which the world is in, it’s usually extremely challenging to maintain all of these priorities whilst levelling up yourself at the pace in which you desire.
