I got mine my getting enough parts from tool chests to build one. Unfortunately, I don't know that you can scan anything to get a caprize. I asked the people in the spot races discord and they said that they didn't know

Update: I would try scanning a bmw. I don't know which one though, it's not listed what cars to scan in the spreadsheets
