I think the lore is that all people of Frieza race (outside of the time patrollers) are inherently evil or something like that. I really hate that they did that because the frost demons are my favorite race and a lot of people make Frieza race characters that fight for good. Toriyama did something similar with the Saiyan's where most of them were just battle hungry assholes who enjoyed what they did.

Canonically, 2-300 years of frieza's family caused most of the rest to go in hiding, so that only the worst would be active untill the time patroll started activity

In raging blast 2, The reason why Gohan Uttered out "All Right Piccolo" if Teen Gohan fights Goku or krillin is because Raging Blast 1 Having use one voice line on special quotes As in Base form, "All Right I'm ready" While in SSJ and in SSJ2, "All Right" It now apply to raging blast 2 now
