I actually noticed that today. Got me thinking also. Nothing tastes the same. Ate some cocoa pebbles for the first time in years the other day, and it tasted like straight up chemicals! It even looked different to me. Idk but I’m too lazy to grow my own stuff so I guess it’s gonna kill me.

I know this is not about this produce but it reminded me 💡 of wanting to ask you if you are familiar with the Paw Paw? I heard about it sometime back but recently it has come back to my mind & i am intrigued 😮 i just watched a video where the individual mentions the Paw Paw bark & leaves have a natural bud repellent in them 👍 🙏❤️🩹🙏

When I was in elementary we had gardening subject to teach us food sustainability and one of the easiest food the you can plant is sweet potato and your correct you eat the leaves which is rich in iron and other nutrients. You can steam it and dip it home made sauces, blanch in hot water for salad, you can even dip it in a batter and deep fry, and also you can add it to other cooking or dishes with broth.

Please let me know what the tuber looks like because I saw someplace that some varieties are not good to eat. I have been trying to find out for years what the tuber looks like because some people call yams sweet potatoes and that sweet potatoes are different from yams. Please show us the tuber part.

Has anybody else noticed that food is expiring a lot faster in the Midwest? Everything is only lasting about two weeks now and then you have to go back to the grocery store. That’s not long enough for a month supply of groceries. Paid about $300 on groceries a month at least

I want to plant them in a spot where tons of crab grass and weeds grow because that spot is always moist . Do you have any recommendations on how to get rid of the incessant weeds and replace them with potato plants, without using chemicals ? Anyone ?
