You said what everybody was afraid to say: Quezon Province's evening gown styling aged her. There's nothing wrong with the girl herself, but I would have preferred her on a different gown and lip color. The dark background didn't help her, either. I hope in the next editions, the ladies would be informed of what the finals stage color would be so they could pick the gown that will make them pop out even more.

You're really are a fair judge and it's so satisfying to see that a foreigner and outsider of Philippine pageant can really give fair treatment to Bulacan, Ms Chelsea. Believe or not, Bulacan was not among the top pick to win in the competition, not even top pick for Top 10. She's not even included in favorites of many pageant sites and vloggers. She was considered as dark horse in this competition. In fact, she almost backed out and gave up the competition due to lack of support and resources, but she persevere because this competition offered this to her mother who took care of her when her biological dad left them. That's why you noticed in her answer, she always remember what her mother's teaching is. For outsider like you, not knowing what's was happening during the Ms Universe Phillipine pageant and how was Bulacan was ill treated and bashed by rabid fans of front runners like Quezon Province and IloIlo, shows that indeed Bulacan outshine them with humility, elegance and true class, not manufactured ones unlike those front runner queens during the duration of the competition.
