Your display was skewed. How are you going to ask us which BOKEH do we like better when you "obviously" sized the native Nikon picture about 25% LARGER than the Tamron one? 🤔 Pathetic review because of that. Will not Like or Sub now.

WHY do you think that it's acceptable to do a LENS comparison without using the same exact settings for all the pictures that you are taking? Do you think anyone smart is going to subscribe and like your flawed test? 🤔

Huh? Most pros shoot wide open in sporting events. Unless the action is less than 25 feet at all times. Do you shoot sports or are you just assuming?

WOW! Thank you so very much for this truly special film. Jared & Braeden did a phenomenal job capturing the most special moments of this day--and not simply the physical events, but the energy and feelings we had as we experienced them. They were supremely professional in all communications and tuned into every important detail. On the day of our wedding, they were relaxed but focused, attentive without being obtrusive, and clearly able to capture extremely high quality footage, for which we are eternally grateful. Most impressively, through the masterful editing of this film, they were able to show who Vivek and I are together: depicting how our love for each other has grown over time, and how our families have come together with their love and support. Thank you!

As the Mother of the Bride, I'm certainly biased but, this is the most beautiful wedding video I've ever seen. LOE Productions captured our special day beautifully. When I watch this video it's like reliving it all over again. Jared, Braeden and Derek and the gang didn't miss a trick. They were highly professional, nice people and amazingly you hardly knew they are there! They manage to fly under the radar and let you experience your day without tripping over them, all without missing anything. The post production is fantastic also.

THANK YOU. I’ve been debating between this and the Sigma Sport. I’m a huge fan of Tamron’s VC. I was searching KZbin for videos testing focus speed and accuracy. There was another video using a cannon body and the Tamron kept doing a weird thing when focusing at the end. It would stop and then seem to fine tune before locking focus. I see your video demonstrates the G2 performing much differently, like the way Tamron designed it to. I also like that your test was done with the D750. Thank you! Sigma Sport is amazing but at 400.00 more its not worth it UNLESS it’s a Z MOUNT when that time comes for me. For now the 1100 or so is the clear answer. Cheers

Good video but, l own a Tamron 70-200 pre G2 and being generous in saying I’ve used it 20 times. Focus ring is now so stiff motor is unable to turn it. Repair tech claims demand for repair parts have drained the system of them and unable to fix it. I totally believe Tamron lenses take great pictures (love my 24-70) but have concerns about their durability now...

Then Tamron should do the right thing and exchange it for you with a new or refurbished one with the balance of the factory warranty. I'm looking to order one and hopefully I don't run into this issue. The biggest quality issue (aside from focus and sharpness variances between copies) is that the lens may be more susceptible to ingesting dust because of how the zoom mechanism works and how the innards can be exposed inside the camera (so if there is any dust in your camera, it can get transfer to the lens.)

Been a Tamron 70-200 fanboy for quite sometime, it is as good as it's mentioned in this video and more, however there are serious quality issues with Tamron that no video I'm aware of mentioned! for example Internal Dust Issue, this was one of my major concern as i had it in multiple lenses in the first year, while the factory replaced the lens, the second lens had exactly the same issue, when i moved to G2 i thought this would solve the problem however it is still there... I do not have this issue with Nikkor Lenses. Having Said the above I will always buy Tamron for 70-200 and Nikkor for 24-70, 14-24 and Sigma for 50 & 85mm as i'm not a full time photographer, and i'm not intending to go to war with my gear :-)

Thank you for the video. But I am struggling with the Tamron. I have a Nikon D500 with Tamron 70-200 f2.8 G2 and my pics are soft. I have noticed that @ f/3.5 f4 it gets a little better but my use will be indoors and I need to shoot as wide open as possible f2.8 so what is the use of having a 2.8 if I can't use it. Any opinions?

Great video! Is it okay to pair this with a Crop sensor Body? I've read that a designed full frame lens will perform differently with a Crop sensor such as having not a true f2.8 opening but an f4 to APS-C and 112mm-320mm focal length? the focal length doesn't bother me but the aperture :( thank you very much for your time :)

Sorry for saying this....but heres a suggestion...... in your review you stated that the tamron has a better vc than nikon...than you are adding that the tamron has a bit better IQ than the nikon....and than you conclude that the nikon isnt worth 800 more bucks....that sure is an understatement.....you mean the other way round.....the tamron is 800 bucks more worth than the nikor.....;-)

I found your channel because I am looking for a comparison between this Tammy and the Fuji 50-140 f2.8 . Have you had any experience with the Fuji tele? Congrats by the way. You talk about some stuff that doesn't get talked about in other channels. And , as a X-t20 owner, I agree with you guys_ it handles quite nice, in low light ;) Thanks
