I CANNOT believe the grandparents on these shows! They make their daughter give up a son, but keep a daughter is utter cruelty!
@meenagodya85058 ай бұрын
They couldn't deal with taking care of two little kids, they were absolutely not cruel, it's the parents fault not the grandparents !

Really, if the pediphile didn't marry her after the first child, why would you think he'd marry her after the second?

These shows are always so beautiful, so full of feeling and empathy and joy. I can't see enough of them! The reunions are always so touching and beautiful, but there's always a moment of sadness for me. This should never happen to families. These poor women who find themselves pregnant and without a partner, being forced to give up their baby because they can't afford to feed and care for him/her. They always do it with love in their hearts, hoping and believing that they are doing the most generous thing by giving their child to someone who will love and raise him/her in a much better life. If only a way could be found to have more open adoptions where the birth mother could remain on the fringes of her child's life - maybe by annual update and photo from the adoptive family. Instead, these mothers go 20, 30, sometimes 50 years without knowing if their child even survived, let alone was happy and well loved. That is a very long time to spend every single day thinking of that child, wondering where they are, are they happy, are they healthy?

@21:15 The elderly parents feel so relieved that after they're gone, the son they love will have a sister to help him through his life.
@4legs4paws558 ай бұрын
It’s so bitter sweet that his adoptive parents did indeed both pass away shortly after this was filmed and his sister helped him a lot - maybe having her saved his life because his mental state is so fragile (there is a „where are they now? Episode were the story is featured)
@WhirledPublishing8 ай бұрын
@@4legs4paws55 Thank you - I was not aware that his adopting parents had passed away so soon after he met his sister - but I could see the relief on their faces that their son would have someone who cared about him.

These different scenarios never cease to amaze me of the situations people find themselves in and have to give up a child.

Love these stories. Full of disappointment, hardships, love, regrets, and so full of hope. We need the hope. The world needs hope. For those who are quick to react with out thinking, the disappointment mentioned is the disappointment in having to give up your child.

That is awful To have 1 child and give birth to another And then your parents telling you that can't help you with the other 1 and the hardest thing is that you gotta get rid of the other 1 or 1 of them I bet that was so hard for her We gotta seem to about that child and she gave away you might not wanna have nothing to do with her you know because she depend in She could have worked and kept him
