Thank you very much. Yes, it seems that Detroit Diesel power was probably the most commonly used engine in homemade tractors that I've seen.

Are you talking about Black Jack, the tractor built by Jack McCabe from Ohio? This video is from the Western Minnesota Steam Threshers Reunion in Rollag, Minnesota. Most of the homemade tractors that were at this show are from the Western Minnesota/eastern North Dakota area, but they would sure welcome any tractors from other areas.
