I had purchased a yearly premium subscription plan on 15th Oct,2024 . And on 6th Nov, I was trying to explore the team option of Fliki from my dashboard, and just after that my whole Premium subscription Plan account details disappeared. Only my working files are visible. Its very difficult to contact the support team and after paying 80000 rupees also I am back to zero. Dont know how to to get my plan back. Its been almost a week now!

Please get rid of your credit system, I was so excited to pay for a subscription until I found out how it actually works. It limits creativity and improvement potential, forcing someone to be content with the very first version of a video by charging more for improving it.

The settings are all different for this app now so you cannot follow along with the instructions. There is obviously something else missing because it will not generate anything close to cohesive imagery with just the single prompt. I put it in word for word to see what the result would be and it was horrible - the images were nothing close to the storyline and nothing matched up. Wish it were as easy as this video made it look and I wish I hadn't spent the 200 on the application. (which even then won't do ai video without the most expensive plan)

Fliki is lovely tool if its not having a watermark for free account, and its very short limited why please increase limit and resolve this issues!

I see the max ai video clip length is 5 secs. How long does it take as some ai video creators take a long time? Also is there a limit to the number I can create in the premium option? thanks

I am unsubscribing. This is loot. We have to pay for the mistakes made by the AI. That too double charging.. while making the change and then again exporting. Not worth it guys.
