I believed you there for a second, but after checking, it looks that the ingredient list and directions are uploaded already. Check under the video description section 😃. It's a relatively easy recipe and super delicious. Just chill it overnight first, than follow the directions to unmold. 😋💕

Why the vinegar in the sugar for the caramel?

It can be done without it, but is used to keep the sugar from crystallization on the sides of the pan. It helps melt a little more smoothly.

It's super easy to make. It has a different taste... My husband and I really loves it, but my son does not. It's so easy, though, it's worth a try 😉....especially if you get a watermelon that's not ripe, or is over ripe and not crunchy....

Super easy! Check out the tips, or full 5 min video: if you freeze it overnight, take it out for about 10 min before serving. If melts too much, just blend and refreeze 😉. Super tasty IF YOU USE THE RIGHT TYPE OF CACAO.

Ok, so: Preheat the oven and BAKE @ 210- or 215 F for 1 hour. AFTER an hour they should be dry to the touch, but they still need to "deep" dry inside. So, TURN THE OVEN OFF, BUT leave the tray inside of the oven for ANOTHER hour, or two (with oven off and door closed)...or even overnight. IMPORTANT: once out, put them immediately away in a closed box, bc humidity is their enemy! The longer you keep them in the box, the dryer they will be. p.s. Make sure ALL your utensils are well washed and dry, bc grease is also their enemy ;). Good luck!

Thank you! Hope you enjoy! :) Just wash well and dry all utensils and the bowl before starting, then the oven temperature is the best secret to a perfect pavlova ;) p.s. The longer you keep (in an enclosed box) the dryer will be. So make sure you make it a day before. BUT, DO NOT PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE!
