It can be done without it, but is used to keep the sugar from crystallization on the sides of the pan. It helps melt a little more smoothly.

It's super easy to make. It has a different taste... My husband and I really loves it, but my son does not. It's so easy, though, it's worth a try 😉....especially if you get a watermelon that's not ripe, or is over ripe and not crunchy....

Super easy! Check out the tips, or full 5 min video: if you freeze it overnight, take it out for about 10 min before serving. If melts too much, just blend and refreeze 😉. Super tasty IF YOU USE THE RIGHT TYPE OF CACAO.

Ok, so: Preheat the oven and BAKE @ 210- or 215 F for 1 hour. AFTER an hour they should be dry to the touch, but they still need to "deep" dry inside. So, TURN THE OVEN OFF, BUT leave the tray inside of the oven for ANOTHER hour, or two (with oven off and door closed)...or even overnight. IMPORTANT: once out, put them immediately away in a closed box, bc humidity is their enemy! The longer you keep them in the box, the dryer they will be. p.s. Make sure ALL your utensils are well washed and dry, bc grease is also their enemy ;). Good luck!

This is not quite a plant base dish because it has 2 eggs and some sourcream. Also, some sugar. But, with a cup of zucchini in it, it's not that bad. Wishing you the best with your health. @donnadumont3506 p.s. sorry ....I dont eat meat only on rare occasions....I used looong time ago a recipe with chicken tights in crock pot with a lot of garlic gloves, some oil,, a little white wine....and added sourcream at the end.
